How this works
Click an element to inspect it. Turn on Comment and
click a surface to start a thread — the pin anchors to that element
in its own local space, not to a screen position.
Copy view link writes the camera, the level filter,
the open thread and every comment into the URL, so whoever opens it
lands on exactly what you were looking at.
